Service Description

Welcome to our Active Renew Fitness Class. Participants should expect a fun energetic class focused on improving posture, flexibility, and strength. This class is a 1:6 ratio group class designed for more independent individuals free of cardiac restrictions with good balance/coordination/independent mobility. For those with more involved balance or neurological deficits, we recommend a 1:1 training class to better support your needs.
